Five minutes of world news from CBC in Toronto is heard at the top of each hour, followed by the local weather and temperature.

6:05 to 9:00 AM daily - "The Morning Show"

Ed Cushman plays easy "morning" music every day, the type that he himself prefers to hear when he's making his breakfast. He also looks into interesting news and unusual stories that make for an enlightening morning, and keeps his listeners up to date on what's happening with the weather.

9:05 to 11:00 AM weekdays, "Mid Morning"

is hosted by new Creston resident Richard Murray. Enjoy two hours of a mix of artists from the past mixed with local artists from today. Regular guests are Tammy from the Creston Museum and my old friend Bruce. Tammy introduces us to Creston's past with "Today in History." Bruce is a lover of rock music and he brings his finding to Mid-Morning with "Song of the Day". It is his attempt to expand Richard's musical knowledge. Today in History and Song of the Day are rebroadcast after the 7:00 PM news.

12:05 PM to 3:00 PM daily — "After noon Variety"

features a mix of recorded Country, Rock & Pop Music every afternoon.

3:05 PM to 5:00 PM — A mix of "Country Favorite Tunes" are played every afternoon.

5:05 PM to 7:00 PM — "Music For Dining"

is heard daily, featuring a mix of easy and relaxing music, such as flute, harp, guitar and soft orchestral melodies, with a few easy vocals here and there.

7:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily

it's Music Into The Night." is a mix of Pop and Rock music for your late night listening enjoyment

9:05 PM - 10:00 PM daily

it's "Quiet World" featuring soft, relaxing music with host Ed Cushman.

"An Organic Conversation" is a program from San Francisco, all about healthy eating and living.

8:05 PM Saturday and 8:05 PM Tuesday

"It Came from the Geek" with Superior Jello. She plays a compilation of music from science fiction and fantasy movies, computer games, books and "General Internet Awesomeness".
